Description

Sterile SIP design automated CIP system, cleaning capacity up to 3.000L Automated CIP system meeting cGMP, FDA and EHEDG standard, for automatic cleaning of fermentation, bioreactor vessels and related piping, connections and other enclosers. Self-cleaning SIP capabilities are integrated in design.

Automated CIP and SIP systems support the cleaning of vessels and other enclosures up to 15.000L. The sterile design meets cGMP, FDA and EHEDG standards. Stationary or mobile configuration may be hard-pipe connected or mobile docked to any CIP/SIP compatible processing skid for automated cGMP compliant clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place operation.

Typical configuration includes control cabinet, control and measurement equipment (temperature, pressure, pH and conductivity sensors), 2 or 3 holding tanks (for hot/cold water, WFI, buffer cleaning and/or return/waste fluid), 2 centrifugal pumps (supply and return), valves, steam heat exchanger, and connections for utilities such as air, (hot/cold) water, WFI and steam. The easy-to-use software allows for fully automatic execution and control of the cleaning procedure according to customer pre-programmed sequence steps and parameters.

All systems are customized to meet your User Requirements Specification (URS), and are handed over after successful installation, commissioning, and system validation, with documentation included. Upon request production qualification (PQ) and product registration support can be offered.
