Dosage/Harvest System
Description
• Applications: Sterile media preparation and storage vessel, sterile buffer preparation and storage vessel, feeding vessel, harvest vessel, intermediate vessel for tangential flow filtration system or centrifugation;
• Vessel is designed with the possibility of sterilization in place (SIP);
• Vessel is equipped with a temperature sensor , pressure sensor , level sensor , pH sensor, etc., other similar sensors are optional;
• The vessel can be used in conjunction with CIP system;
• Aseptic design;
• Vessel is fully automated with SYSBIOTECH SCADA system;

The control unit is mounted in a stainless steel box, which contains the following components :
• electrical components
• Industrial computer PLC
• Touch screen industrial computer with Phoenix PLC for process control including specialized software for process control
